1. Not financial advice

Payout Vault is an educational product. Nothing on this site, in The Model, Execution Pack, Command Center, or in any related material is financial, investment, or trading advice. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker, or financial planner. Trading futures, forex, and prop firm evaluations carries substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, and for any losses that result from them.

2. No guaranteed results

Past performance, screenshots of payouts, and any results shown or referenced on this site are not typical and are not a guarantee or promise of future results. Trading outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your own execution, discipline, and risk management. We make no guarantee that you will pass an evaluation, receive a payout, or make any money by using this product.

3. What you’re buying

The Model, Execution Pack and Command Center are digital products: notes, video content, templates, and related files delivered electronically. Access is granted automatically after payment via the email you purchase with. There is no physical product and no coaching or 1:1 mentorship included unless explicitly stated on the sales page at the time of purchase.

By completing checkout you expressly request that delivery of that digital content begins immediately, and you acknowledge that once it has begun you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that EU law otherwise gives a consumer on a distance contract (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; in Poland, art. 38 pkt 13 of the ustawa o prawach konsumenta). The one refund route that remains open to you afterwards is the guarantee set out in the Refund Policy, and your statutory rights over content that is faulty or not as described are unaffected.

5. Intellectual property

All content in The Model, Execution Pack and Command Center (notes, videos, templates, tools) is owned by Payout Vault and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publicly repost this content in whole or in part.

6. No affiliation

Payout Vault is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any prop trading firm referenced or shown on this site. Any firm names or logos that appear are used solely to illustrate personal results and remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Payout Vault and its owner are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this product. Your use of the material is entirely at your own risk.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site or product after changes means you accept the updated terms.
